Affectionately Yours & ArtStyle Cake Toppers Offer Many Custom Items, So Please Read Carefully.....


Custom made to order cake toppers are made to your specifications & are non returnable. Custom pieces are labeled so there is no confusion. Assembly time is generally 1-5 business days, and delivery may take 1-2 weeks including shipping transit time. If you need your order in a shorter time, please just let us know. We require the wedding/event date as part of the order process, and we watch these dates very carefully. We reserve the right to upgrade shipping to 3 day, 2 day or overnight for extremely close need by dates


Figurines Featured On Custom Cake topppers Are NOT Sold Separately Due To Inventory Reasons. We can ship them unattached if you'd prefer to use them without the base for your event. Please indicate your preference in the order notes when ordering.


Please Understand That Posted Possible Variations In Cake Topper Components Cannot Be Helped. Items Are Often Unavailable, Back-ordered Or Discontinued & we must substitute something else to fill those orders. We will guarantee that any substitutions will be of equal or higher value than that shown. We would rather forfeit a sale than ship something of lesser quality.


Colors Vary Widely From Monitor To Monitor, So Please Do NOT Rely On Color Shades Seen On Your Computer To Match Exactly. Flower Styles May Vary Slightly Due To Availability. Stone Colors On Pewter Pieces (unless specified) May Vary Due To Availability.


Textiles Are Governed By Dye Lots, And Cannot Be Guaranteed To Match Exactly. Each Dye Lot Differs Slightly From Every Other Dye Lot. Flowers, Lace & Tulle Are All Dyed Separately By Different Companies & Cannot Be Guaranteed To Match Shade For Shade. Due To An Enormous Range Of Dye Possibilities, Tones Of White Or Ivory, May Vary On A Single Cake Topper. If The Shade You Receive Does Not Match Your Cake Frosting Color, All We Can Do Is Send You Another Strip Of Lace That May Be Lighter Or Darker In An Attempt To Make A Better Match.


Accent Colors Vary From Item To Item. Accent Flowers Or Ribbons On Accessories Cannot Be Guaranteed To Match Those On Cake Toppers.


Unless an error has been made on our part, engraved, imprinted and personalized items are a final sale & non-returnable. NO exceptions. Toast glasses, server sets, attendant or wedding gifts with engraving, personalized candles, personalized ring pillows, & personalized wedding stationary are custom made & non-returnable. Wedding albums with ANY imprint such as "Our Wedding", Names & Date, etc., are non-returnable. Errors in the spelling that are our fault, will be replaced at no charge. Spelling errors on the customer's part cannot be redone without full payment for said item. All orders consisting of any personalization must either be placed from our website or be submitted in writing. Phone orders can be taken, but work will not begin on your order until we receive all names & dates in writing.


Custom made to order western or pewter theme ring pillows, unity candles, pen sets and guest books are non returnable.


Discontinued/Limited Quantity Merchandise is a final sale. We cannot accept these items for return since they are immediately deleted from our inventory. All are first quality merchandise, but simply just no longer available.


Items not normally offered on our website, but specially ordered for you, are non-returnable.


Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has begun or special ordered merchandise has been ordered.


Non-custom items will be accepted within 15 days from receipt only and in original condition & packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Prior Authorization Required for all returns


No refunds will be issued for wedding or event merchandise after wedding or event date.


Some items where noted, have restocking fees for any and all returns. This part of the purchase price is not refundable if return is made of any specific noted items


Orders shipping to HI, AK, Guam, Puerto Rico & other US territories will ship by USPS & may or may not incur additional charges from shown in shopping cart. Final totals cannot be figured until parcel is packed and weighed.

International orders from outside the Continental USA will be shipped USPS Express. Normal delivery is 3-5 business days, but parcels occasionally get delayed in customs.

Please note that for all shipments outside the U.S., the customer is responsible for all customs/tarriffs fees. Refused orders due to these fees are non-refundable.


Total shown in cart is for US delivery only for ship from locations other than our Casa Grande warehouse. Parcels shipped to other destinations will incur additional shipping & handling. Please contact us for a quote if cost is a concern, and we will help in any way.

Orders shipping from Casa Grande will show estimated ship/hand charged for outside US. Final Charges may be higher or lower depending on parcel weight & country shipping to.


Please be sure to include any Suite/Floor/Apt # in your delivery address. UPS charges an "Address Change Surcharge" for any corrected address, and we must pass that onto the customer. This fee of $10.00 for ground or $15.00 for 3 day/2 day/next day air, will be billed to your credit card once we have been notified by UPS. This Surcharge also applies to misspelled street names. Please help us get your order to you by providing all pertinent information.

Verified credit cards are accepted for international orders. "Verified" means that we MAY require a scanned copy of both front/back of both your credit card & signed sales draft emailed to you upon our receipt of your order. This draft will be in .pdf format & can be opened in Acrobat Reader (free program). Without these documents if requested, it may be possible that we cannot process your order.

Orders will be shipped to the verified billing address for your credit card, or to an address on file with issuing bank as an "Alternative Shipping Address".


Affectionately Yours MUST reserve the right to upgrade shipping charges for timely delivery. Normal delivery time can be anywhere from 5-10 business days. Close need by dates may require RUSH status and therefore may have to ship 3 day, 2 day or in some cases overnight. It is our job to get it there on time, so we must make an assessment when the order is received.

For any orders that require air shipping, we can only estimate the charges....and this estimate is what is shown in your shopping cart. Once parcel is packed & weighed we can finalize all charges. Any balance or credit will be applied to your credit card and you will be sent an amended email showing the changes to your order. We cannot contact you to verify the final charges before shipping.
