Custom pet portraits, children's portraits, sport portraits and custom artwork are created right from your own photos.  The higher quality/resolution of the original photo, the higher the quality of any artwork. We work with you extensively before any work is done to clarify exactly what you are hoping for. When we feel the work is completed, which is normally within 2-3 business days, we will present you with a proof to review. Any requested changes will be made and you will be presented with a new proof. Once approved, the portrait or artwork will be sent out for the printing process, which will take approximately 5-14 days for production. No returns or exchanges are accepted once a proof has been approved. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: Colors are noticeably more vivid on stretch canvas than on posterboard.

Due to the level of personalization on custom made to order cake toppers that are assembled to your specifications, they are non returnable. Custom pieces are labeled so there is no confusion. Any topper featuring choices of color, accent color or any other personalization is custom and a final sale. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will promptly and honestly answer any questions you may have to make sure you get the exact keepsake cake topper you are hoping for.

Assembly time is generally 1-5 business days, and delivery may take 1-2 weeks including shipping transit time. If you need your order in a shorter time, please call in your order so we can arrange for faster delivery. We require the wedding/event date as part of the order process, and we watch these dates very carefully. Date for personalized plate will be printed exactly as submitted. Unless the order is called in it will ship USPS Priority mail. No order can ship same day. A minimum of 1 day production time is needed. Affectionately Yours cannot be held responsible for acts of God, such as weather conditions, catastrophic events or government holidays that result in the delay in delivery or undelivered items in transit.

Figurines featured on custom cake toppers, including animals, can be purchased separately.

We strive for, and make every effort to create each customized cake topper to resemble the sample shown as closely as possible, but each piece is assembled individually by hand and may differ slightly.  No two will be exactly alike. Decorative tulle (netting) may vary from piece to piece due to the nature of the material. Flowers, lace and other components may vary due to availability where stated. If sample photo does not feature our new personalized name plate, finished toppers may differ slightly from sample shown to accommodate this personalized plate.

We reserve the right to use assembled toppers as samples on this website and other media for advertising.

Please understand that posted possible variations in cake topper components, such as but not limited to lace or flowers, cannot be helped.  Components are often unavailable, back-ordered or discontinued & we must substitute something as similar as possible to fill those orders.  We will guarantee that any substitutions will be of equal or higher value than that shown.  We would rather forfeit a sale than ship something of lesser quality.

Wedding attire and hair styles, including ethnic bride and/or groom will be exactly as shown with most brides hair pulled up and hair on groom.  Altered hair colors cannot be guaranteed to match standard color, so groom facial hair may not match standard hair color if not altered as well.  Bald grooms available upon request on SOME figurines for an additional charge with the exception of porcelain figurines.

Groom facial hair option is only meant to represent the actual hair, and is painted to conform to the figurine's face. If you'd like to submit a photo, that would be very helpful. We are crafters and do not claim in any way to be artists. But we will do our very best and come as close as we can.

Skin color alteration on faces close together, such as but not limited to kissing couples, is extremely difficult to do. The secret to smooth paint application is having the room to smooth the paint beyond where it is required. This is quite impossible when faces are practically joined. With these and all figurines we do our absolute best to even out the oil paint as much as humanly possible.

Dog & Cat Breeds Are A Generic Likeness Only And Cannot Be Guaranteed To Resemble Your Pet Features Or Exact Color. Altered Pet Fur/Hair Colors Will Be Represented In Closest Available Paint Colors.

Colors Vary Widely From Monitor To Monitor, So Please Do NOT Rely On Color Shades Seen On Your Computer To Match Exactly.  Flower Styles May Vary Slightly Due To Availability.  Stone Colors On Pewter Pieces (unless specified) May Vary Due To Availability.

Textiles Are Governed By Dye Lots, And Cannot Be Guaranteed To Match Exactly.  Each Dye Lot Differs Slightly From Every Other Dye Lot.  Flowers, Lace & Tulle Are All Dyed Separately By Different Companies & Cannot Be Guaranteed To Match Shade For Shade.  Due To An Enormous Range Of Dye Possibilities, Tones Of White Or Ivory, May Vary On A Single Cake Topper. If The Shade You Receive Does Not Match Your Cake Frosting Color, All We Can Do Is Send You Another Strip Of Lace That May Be Lighter Or Darker In An Attempt To Make A Better Match.

Unless an error has been made on our part, personalized items are a final sale & non-returnable.  NO exceptions.  All orders consisting of any personalization must either be placed from our website or be submitted in writing. Phone orders can be taken, but work will not begin on your order until we receive all names & dates in writing.

Discontinued/Limited Quantity Merchandise is a final sale. We cannot accept these items for return since they are immediately deleted from our inventory. All are first quality merchandise, but simply just no longer available.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun or special ordered merchandise has been ordered.

Non-custom items will be accepted within 15 days from receipt only and in original condition & packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Prior Written Authorization Required for all returns.

No refunds will be issued for wedding or event merchandise after wedding or event date.

International orders from outside the Continental USA will be shipped USPS Priority International.  Normal delivery is 6-10 business days, but parcels occasionally get delayed in customs.

Please note that for all shipments outside the U.S., the customer is responsible for all customs/tariffs fees.  Refused orders due to these fees are non-refundable.

Please be sure to include any Suite/Floor/Apt # in your delivery address to guarantee delivery.
